My new year stay was exceptional. the cozy and clean rooms were accompanied by a bar and lobby, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the stunning dinners offered were remarkable with a professional and kind staff. the location offered free local travel for buses and trains, and the hotel accommodated our party of 6 with 5 motorbikes in need of underground parking.

Despite the cold weather, our Christmas break was uplifted by the amazing resort facilities. The resort was wonderfully decorated for the season which made it even more special. The location was perfect for the winter activities with easy access to ski slopes. The free local travel pass provided easy travel for longer distances. the resort was stacked with cozy facilities including a beautiful bar and lounge area. The food was amazing with a variety of different delicacies on offer throughout our stay.
Our stay was hampered by some issues that could have been addressed by the resort. The price we were quoted before our arrival was surprisingly different from our final bill.

We loved the cozy and very clean rooms, and the bar and lobby included. The hotel's facilities were beautiful, with a soothing South Tyrolean vibe. The dinners were absolutely stunning, and we still dream about them! The chef did a great job. The professionalism and kindness of all the staff members were remarkable. We really appreciated the free holiday pass for local transportation, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The location of the hotel was also great, allowing us to conveniently visit the nearby Fanes Natural Park.
